The Year Is Beginning To Grow Up!

“Lantern Walk” by Giuliana Serena . . . This weekend brings one of the cross quarters of the year. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we now find ourselves halfway between Midwinter Solstice and Spring Equinox! If you’re on the South side, you’re between Midsummer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. Either way, this turning of the year offers a gentle reminder to check in with ourselves and our environment, and take a moment to honor the unique experience of this particular transition. Transitioning to Autumn

|| Autumn by Alphonse Mucha || Along with the brilliant Full Moon, today also happens to mark one of the Cross Quarters of the Wheel of the Year. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we find ourselves at the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox, and as I like to call it, the transition from Late Summer to Early Autumn.
